Shipping Information
We are thrilled to serve collectors across the globe (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).
Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment. Each item is meticulously inspected and packaged with the utmost care to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines: We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: We ship via trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. The cost is $12.95. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, enjoy free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that these timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs processing.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your peace of mind is our priority. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most new, unused items within 15 days of the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same pristine condition you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Blown Glass Ornaments: These are extremely fragile and are rigorously inspected before shipping. Any damage must be reported immediately upon delivery.
- Artist Prototypes & Club Display Pieces: These are unique, one-of-a-kind items whose value is inherent in their rarity and condition.
The Return & Exchange Process (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Contact Us Within 15 Days
Please contact our friendly customer care team within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and details about the product. Feel free to use the template provided at the bottom of this page.
Step 2: Await Instructions & Pack Your Item
We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions. Please do not send your return without this RMA number, as we cannot process it otherwise. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, and then place it inside a separate shipping box to prevent any damage in transit.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Ship your return to the address provided in your instructions:

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item).
Step 4: Processing Your Request
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5 business days of its arrival), we will send you an email notification. This email will confirm the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.
Refund Timelines & Methods
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Please Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. If you selected free shipping on an order over $50 and your return brings the new order total below $50, the original standard shipping fee ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different one of equal value. If the new item is of higher value, you will simply need to pay the difference. To request an exchange, clearly state your wish in your initial email and specify which item you would like instead.
