We want you to be completely thrilled with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be perfect for your collection. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with your peace of mind at its heart, ensuring a process that is as special as the ornaments we offer.

Our Policy Overview

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most new, unused items within 15 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same original condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please Note: Due to the delicate and collectible nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
  • Blown Glass Ornaments: These are extremely fragile and are meticulously inspected before shipping. Any damage must be reported immediately upon delivery.
  • Artist Prototypes & Club Display Pieces: These are unique, one-of-a-kind items whose value is inherent in their rarity and condition.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or has been damaged after delivery.

The Return & Exchange Process (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Contact Us Within 15 Days

Please contact our customer care team within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below to ensure you give us all the necessary information.

Step 2: Await Instructions & Pack Your Item

We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number, as we cannot process returns without it.

Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, and then place it inside a separate shipping box to prevent damage in transit.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Ship your return to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item).

Step 4: Processing Your Request

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days of arrival), we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Timelines & Methods

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account, depending on their policies.

Please Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. If you selected a free shipping option on your original order and your return brings the order total below $50, the original standard shipping fee ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different one of equal value. If the new item is of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the difference. Simply follow the return process above and clearly state in your email that you wish to make an exchange and which item you would like instead.
